First of all, it's a MUST to enable "Game Turbo" In General Settings. After which the user can make further settings. Generally, the In-game shortcuts is enabled by default, and the user can open the Game turbo box by swiping from the upper-left when in game.
In the Security app open Game turbo if you can see it (if not I cant help you). Then open Game turbo's settings (the little gear), then performance, then MEMORY EXCEPTIONS. Now turn on all the apps where you want exceptions. It worked for me.
